PAST CLIENTS

Hello, I am Stephanie

My award-winning wellbeing programs have enhanced performance for musicians active in the highest levels of the music world. I have also worked with leaders and their teams in both the public and private sector, ranging from L’Oréal in France to the National Institutes of Health in the US.

Based in New York City, I live what I teach, playing concerts around the globe and coach musicians on wellbeing and high performance.

Why wellbeing?

As a cellist, I performed more than 3,000 concerts on four continents while living between the US, Europe, and Asia.

The cumulative toll of this lifestyle led me to train in modalities that transformed my wellbeing and performance. I became a coach and speaker to share these tools so that others can be empowered to thrive in this high-stress world.

In 2026, I will tour the US, UK, Europe, New Zealand, and Australia. My 15-minute-a-day wellbeing routine is vital to maintaining my health as I meet the demands of my profession.

Let’s explore how I can support you to be at your best.
